What I Do (and Don’t Do) Outbound Adventures offers curated travel planning services for LGBTQ+ travellers, including: Tailored itinerary creation Personalised recommendations for accommodation, activities, and transport General destination advice from a queer lens What’s not included: I don’t book or manage your flights, hotels, tours, or transport I don’t offer real-time support during your trip I’m not responsible for changes, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third parties I don’t provide legal, visa, or medical advice 2. Payment & Delivery Full payment is due upfront before planning begins All pricing is listed in GBP and includes UK VAT if applicable You’ll receive your digital itinerary within 7–10 working days unless otherwise agreed One revision round is included within 5 working days of delivery 3. Your Responsibilities Provide accurate, honest information when filling out the trip planning form Double-check visa, passport, and health requirements for your destination Make your own bookings and confirm availability before finalising travel Use your own judgement — I provide guidance, not guarantees 4. Cancellations & Refunds Once planning has begun, all fees are non-refundable If you need to cancel before work starts, please contact me within 24 hours of payment for a possible refund If unforeseen circumstances delay your trip, I’ll do my best to adjust timelines — but re-planning fees may apply 5. Travel Risks & Liability Travel always involves some risk — weather, transport hiccups, local conditions, and more. Outbound Adventures is not liable for: Any injury, loss, or damage during your trip Any bookings you make independently Acts of nature, strikes, delays, or changes outside my control You travel at your own risk. Please take out suitable travel insurance. 6. Intellectual Property All itinerary content, recommendations, and trip materials remain the intellectual property of Outbound Adventures. You’re welcome to use them for personal use — but not to resell, redistribute, or publish them without permission. 7. Respect & Boundaries Outbound Adventures is a queer-owned business that prioritises safety, inclusivity, and respect. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting in a discriminatory, abusive, or disrespectful manner. How I Use Your Info I use your data to: Send you the newsletter (via Beehiiv) Provide planning services you’ve requested Respond to questions or feedback Occasionally send you updates, offers, or helpful resources (you can unsubscribe anytime) 4.
